Full description
To strengthen our team on the ward for dependency diseases of all substances, we are looking for you immediately or by agreement
Tasks
- You support, accompany and promote people with multiple dependence with a focus on individual needs, promotion of self-determination and resource activation
- Through your positive communication at eye level you strengthen the relationship, convey security and promote the willingness of patients to change.
- You see yourself as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team and are jointly responsible for the optimal implementation of a recovery-oriented attitude
- You implement nursing interventions during the withdrawal and stabilization phase and take appropriate measures in emergency and crisis situations
- As part of the station-specific tandem concept, you take on the tasks as a reference person
- You enjoy working mainly on late duty
Requirements
- Certified nurse HF or FH
- Ideally, you will bring first experiences in the dependency area
- You are a person with high social competence and like to carry responsibility within the scope of your competences
- You like to participate creatively in the further development and optimization of station processes
- With new challenges you are solution-oriented and pragmatic
- You are an optimistic, flexible and team-oriented personality with a lot of humor
