To strengthen our team, we are looking for you for the predominantly open acute ward KPP-4 with a focus on psychosis, immediately or by appointment, as tasks:
- You support and promote the social abilities and skills of patients in a milieu therapeutic setting as part of caregiver work
- You competently implement the nursing process and promote the health and resources of patients
- You care for people with mental illness and involve relatives and follow-up carers in your work
- Act in crisis situations You are appropriately competent and convey security to the patients
- You see yourself as part of an interprofessional treatment team with responsibility for the optimal implementation of the concept and the PDAG mission statement
- You receive an acute allowance on our ward Requirements:
- Qualified nursing specialist (HF), preferably with professional experience in (acute) psychiatry
- You are an enthusiastic professional with a high level of technical, social and self-competence and are interested in actively developing the treatment concept with us
