Application process
- Clés: Développement et configuration d'applications métiers: Concevoir, configurer et développer des applications agiles (notamment sur des technologies Low-Code/No-Code) pour répondre de manière réactive, sur-mesure et concrète aux problématiques opérations Réussite et livraison de la roadmap: Prendre en main, piloter et mener à bien les différentes étapes de la feuille de route digitali déjà initiée, en respectant le triptyque CDQ (Coût, Délai, Qualité) et en assurant la transition vers le terrain.
- Acteur engagé des comités métiers: Participer activement et être un contributingur clé des comités locaux avec les métiers afin de partager les avancements des développements, capter l'évolution des besoins opérationnels et consolider les nouvelles demandes Assurer la Continuaté de service, le support et l'enrichissement: Garantir le support opérationnel des outils déployés tout enpilotnt activement l'enrichissement et l'amélioration continua des solutions existantes (mises à jour, nouvelles fonctionnalités).
- Fournir the documentation norcessaire pour assurancer une Continuaté de service efficient.
- Cadrage et priorisation continua: Collaborer avec les métiers pour capter les besoins, identifier les points de friction sur le terrain et prioriser les sprints de réalisations selon une logique d’impact Gains / Efforts.
- Relais Manufacture et Groupe: Ãtre le relais de la Manufacture auprès du Groupe (Richemont / Cartier Industrie) pour aligner les développements locaux, accélérer la transformation digitale et valoriser nos succès. ♪ I'll be here ♪ Une connaissance des flux de la Logistique d'exécution (gestion de flux physiques, stockage, approvisionnement, expéditions) est un atout pour comprendre rapidement nos enjeux de flux.
- Une première expérience sur des projets d'amélioration continua serait un plus Vous possédez une forte appétence et une envie d'évoluer sur le développement d'applications Low-Code (ex.
- Power Platform, TULIP ou outils similaires) pour créer des outils digitaux intuitifs et rapides à déployer.
