- Federal Patent of Detention Officer of the Swiss Centre of Competence in Enforcement of Penal Sanctions, or Be Ready to Attend Training Very good knowledge of plant production
- Skills in the use of agricultural vehicles and machinery
- Good physical and mental condition, as well as flexibility and stress resistance
- Meaning of human relations, communication and conflict management
- Available to work with irregular schedules based on work and weather
