Role overview
Tasks By managing your sales readiness, presentation and sales promotion, you offer our customers the best possible shopping experience. You manage and promote your employees and are responsible for the business principles such as net proceeds, liquidations, personnel costs, depreciation of goods and inventory differences in the assigned department. You also ensure compliance with the quality and POS guidelines such as freshness/quality, hygiene, temperature regulations, expiration data.
In addition to your main job, you will take over the management of the sales office in the absence of management requirements
- complete basic training in retail trade or corresponding professional experience in the sales area
- experience in a comparable function with management tasks
- high commitment and service readiness
- flexibility in terms of time of use
- self-employed, clean and careful working methods as well as system affinity
