The CNP is looking for an assistant medical officer for his outpatient unit.

The NPC aims at the rehabilitation of patients with mental disorders through the adoption of an integrated community psychiatry model; implements public policies to promote and prevent mental health;
It acts as a reference centre in the field of vocational training and psychiatry research.

You have obtained the first part of the title FMH, and would like to join a recognized institution specializing in mental health?

Holder of a Swiss diploma and the first part of the FMH title.
80-100% s/ref: R2026011 You have a Swiss diploma or are recognised by MEBEKO.
Holder of a Swiss diploma and the first part of the FMH title
2 years of experience in hospital or outpatient psychiatry required Leadership ability and planning skills

As part of your function: o You are involved in the development and implementation of the guidelines and programs necessary for the department's objectives. o Ensure the smooth functioning of clinical activities in a spirit of multidisciplinary collaboration and in a mobile team. o You provide expertise and assistance to front-line medicine, home care teams or EMS, as well as in collaboration with somatic care. o You are able to provide specialized care and adequate support outside the psychiatric hospital setting. o You participate in ongoing team training to ensure a high level of skills, and contribute to the development and improvement of diagnostic treatment methods.
The skills required for this position are as follows: o have a minimum of 2 years of activity in hospital psychiatry and/or outpatients o have a spirit of interdisciplinary team and network work o demonstrate leadership and a sense of planning o be able to make decisions o driver's license and personal car, to travel to places of care: EMS and other partners.
