Main responsibilities
- Participate in the development of departmental guidelines and programmes.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of clinical activities in mobile teams.
- Provide expertise to home care and EMS out of hospital. Skills
- 2 years experience in hospital psychiatry or outpatient care required.
- Leadership and planning skills.
- The NPC aims at the rehabilitation of patients with mental disorders through the adoption of an integrated community psychiatry model; implements public policies to promote and prevent mental health;
- It acts as a reference centre in the field of vocational training and psychiatry research.

- As part of your function: o You are involved in the development and implementation of the guidelines and programs necessary for the department's objectives. o Ensure the smooth functioning of clinical activities in a spirit of multidisciplinary collaboration and in a mobile team. o You provide expertise and assistance to front-line medicine, home care teams or EMS, as well as in collaboration with somatic care. o You are able to provide specialized care and adequate support outside the psychiatric hospital setting. o You participate in ongoing team training to ensure a high level of skills, and contribute to the development and improvement of diagnostic treatment methods.
- The skills required for this position are as follows: o have a minimum of 2 years of activity in hospital psychiatry and/or outpatients o have a spirit of interdisciplinary team and network work o demonstrate leadership and a sense of planning o be able to make decisions o driver's license and personal car, to travel to places of care: EMS and other partners.
