• You support the branch management in the daily management and organization of the branch
• You offer competent, customer-oriented advice and support in selecting gifts from our diverse range of products
• You ensure the appealing presentation of our extensive confectionery and chocolate assortment, among other things through creative store design
• You guarantee top quality and consistently implement our high standards
• You are an important contact person for the team and for customers
• You contribute to the optimization of work processes and ensure that the branch works efficiently and profitably ## Requirements
• You have leadership experience in Fashion Retail
• You have completed an EFZ apprenticeship in retail and have comparable experience in handling food
• You speak German and English fluently; additional languages are a plus
• You love a hands-on mentality and are technically affine
• You are optimization-minded and have an entrepreneurial thinking
• You have an exceptional quality and hygiene awareness
• You are not afraid of flexible working hours (open 365 days) and are fully involved even on weekends, Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays ## What We Offer
