Tasks

• Preparation, execution, and follow-up of dance / couple dance / standard & Latin American dance lessons
• Practice-oriented lesson design according to adult education criteria
• Lesson structure taking into account the different prerequisites of the course participants
• Regular coordination with your contacts in the Klubschule administration
• Participation in further training

Requirements

• Proven teaching experience in adult education: in the relevant subject area or in a comparable function
• Completed basic or further training: Qualified dance instructor (e.g., Swiss Dance)
• Customer-oriented, well-groomed, and courteous appearance
• Independent, flexible, and reliable personality
• Ability to convey specialist knowledge in a varied, participant-oriented, and goal-oriented manner while sparking enthusiasm
• Enthusiasm for teaching small to medium-sized groups of adults
• German (good knowledge)

Technical interview In a technical interview, specific knowledge relevant to the execution of the job is queried by the manager and/or another specialist and possibly the team. If possible, there is time afterwards to get to know the workplace and team better in an informal conversation. Duration until feedback: Up to three weeks. Offer & Contract issuance (Digital) After our verbal job offer, the most important contract points are verified again. After agreement, the contract creation is commissioned and sent for digital signature via e-mail. Duration until feedback: Up to one week.
