- As the first contact person for our customers: inside you take over the professional processing of their telephone and written inquiries about our products and services You proactively identify and exploit sales opportunities by offering our customers products and services tailored to their needs With your empathetic, communicative and open nature, you inspire our diverse customers and create a positive customer experience.
- After that, you can adjust your employment level if desired and work in the home office after consultation with your manager.
- Your working hours vary from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:15 and Saturdays between 08:00 and 17:15
