• You are the linchpin of our production and ensure that everything runs smoothly - from quality to safety.
• When things get hectic, you run to the highest form: you create structure, set clear priorities and give your team orientation.
• You bring people, machines and processes in harmony - and are in the middle of it yourself instead of just there.
• Disruptions are not a problem for you, but an opportunity: you tackle them systematically and find sustainable solutions.
• You make improvements visible and actively drive them forward - whether through shop floorboards, POKA or through your own initiative.
• You are flexible, tackle and stay confident even in a dynamic 3-shift operation - new tools such as MES or SAP do not deter you.
• You know the production from your own experience - as a plant manager: in EFZ or food technology: in EFZ.
• The food industry is your home - ideally, you even bring experience in the dairy environment.
• You think and act technically: you understand what lies behind systems (e.g. pneumatics, sensors, motors), recognize connections and are able to not only fix faults, but really understand them.
• You lead people with clarity and respect and create an environment where collaboration works.
