Main responsibilities
- Business Partner for the clinics and departments
- Preparation and further development of financial reporting for management and clinic management
- Cooperation in the preparation and monitoring of the cost and performance accounting according to REKOLE®
- Preparation and monitoring of the budget in cooperation with the clinic management
- Support in the preparation of statutory and contractual data collection as well as tariff principles (ITAR K®)
- Further development of controlling instruments, processes and evaluations
- Participation in cross-sectoral projects and/or management of specialist projects Requirements
- Completed business education (uni, FH/HF or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in company accounting / controlling in health care, preferably in the hospital, is required Strong analytical skills
- Self-employed and structured working methods
