Tasks

• Responsibility for the financial management and control of the specialist formats Livique & Lumimart based on KPIs, forecasts, reporting and sound business analysis.
• Management and further development of controlling as well as management and development of an employee in the area of responsibility.
• Responsibility for multiannual planning, budgeting, forecasts as well as monthly, territorial and annual financial statements in compliance with Group-wide planning guidelines and deadlines.
• Creation, analysis and interpretation of target/actual comparisons as well as derivation of recommendations for action for management.
• Creation of decision-making bases, business cases and profitability analyses for investments, projects and strategic initiatives.
• Strategic advice and sparring of the division management as well as other internal stakeholder groups on business issues.
• Management and cooperation in cross-divisional projects – from profitability analysis to implementation and success monitoring.
• Identification and implementation of organizational, process and efficiency optimizations as well as continuous development of controlling instruments and processes.
• Responsibility for user-friendly reporting as well as the continuous optimization and automation of reporting using BI solutions.
• Ensuring a high data quality and supporting the departments in all controlling-relevant issues.

Requirements

• Completed business studies or comparable further education
• In-depth knowledge of accounting, cost accounting, controlling methods and financial analysis
• Experience in preparing financial statements, forecasts and budgets
• Secure handling of key figures, key figures systems and controlling tools (e.g. SAP, Excel, BI tools)
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data, identify connections and derive recommendations for action from them
• Ability to convey complex issues in an understandable and precise manner both in writing and verbally
• Independent working and willingness to adapt to new situations and to develop further
