- You establish and manage infrastructure contracts based on existing models, in particular contracts for connection roads, network connections or linked to structures.
- You coordinate their content with internal SBB partners and guarantee correct invoicing.
- You answer questions relating to infrastructure contracts within your area of responsibility and clarify technical, economic or legal aspects with the competent internal specialist departments.
- In the context of third-party construction projects near railway facilities, you examine the interests of SBB which must be subject to contractual protection and ensure that they are taken into account appropriately.
- You prepare negotiations with cantons, municipalities, individuals and other companies, and support internal partners during their conduct.
Key requirements
- Vous vous distinguez par d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication et au conseil ainsi que par une grande aisance rédactionnelle dans vos relations avec les partenaires internes et externes.
- Grâce à votre capacité d'analyse et à votre rapidité de compréhension, vous savez appréhender et structurer des questions techniques, économiques et juridiques et les résoudre en faisant appel aux spécialistes compétents. De plus, vous faites preuve d'assurance, d'habileté dans la négociation, d'initiative ainsi que d'une méthode de travail rigoureuse et fiable.
- Vous maîtrisez les applications Microsoft Office usuelles et vous vous familiarisez rapidement avec de nouveaux systèmes et processus.
- Vous disposez d'une formation professionnelle commerciale ou d'une formation comparable ainsi que de plusieurs années d'expérience. Une expérience dans le domaine ferroviaire, des infrastructures, de l'immobilier ou de la gestion contractuelle constitue un avantage.
- Vous maîtrisez le français dans un contexte de négociation, idéalement au niveau C2, et disposez de bonnes connaissances de l'allemand. L'italien n'est pas indispensable, mais constitue un atout important.
- Pour un engagement direct en qualité de spécialiste contrats, vous disposez idéalement d'une formation supérieure ou d'un diplôme d'une haute école ainsi que d'une solide expérience dans le traitement autonome de questions contractuelles, juridiques ou infrastructurelles complexes.
- For direct engagement as a contracts specialist, you ideally have higher education or a diploma from a university as well as solid experience in the independent handling of complex contractual, legal or infrastructural issues.
