- Independent support and continuous expansion of your own customer portfolio
- Implementation of consulting services, in particular basic consulting with basic solutions as well as simple precautionary consulting, including development of needs-based solutions
- Ensuring professional customer reception and optimal support at the consulting desk as well as ensuring a smooth process in the customer zone
- Recognizing customer needs and targeted forwarding to competent specialist consultants
- Active participation in target group-specific market development measures and sales campaigns
