• Schedule branch orders by means of tour planning program
• record and coordinate daily orders, and provide delivery documents
• ensure a timely and smooth flow of information to our branches and drivers
• answer and process customer and supplier requests regarding transports
• support operational coordination in tour planning changes
• perform general administrative activities

Requisiti

• minimum 3 years of professional experience: in a comparable function
• Completed basic or further training: in the transport sector
• Dedicated geography knowledge for the German-speaking Switzerland & Ticino
• ready for shift operation between 03.30

• Team Player with good communication skills
• Good MS Office (Excel) and SAP S4/HANA module TM Knowledge of advantage
