• Advice and support of customers: inside, mainly on the telephone or customer reception
• Support of insurance consultants: women in arranging customer appointments

Pre- and post-processing of customer appointments (sales support)

• Administrative support of insurance consultants:

Preparation of offers and applications General correspondence

• Commercial education in the insurance industry or many years of experience in insurance
• Willingness to continue training regularly
• Joy of expanding existing customer relationships

Reliable, resilient personality combined with forward working methods High commitment as well as customer and service orientation

• Convincing appearance with pleasure in dealing with people
• Positive and winning style, sales flair

Good knowledge of German in words and writing, other languages are advantageous
