MAIN TASKS Analyze drug treatments for oncology patients in collaboration with oncologists.

- Prepare individualized pharmaceutical interviews with patients Ensure communication regarding patients' drug treatments during transfers to community pharmacies Participation in the management of drugs in the oncology department Participate in optimizing the drug circuit in oncohematology and develop the necessary procedures Training of nursing staff in the area of expertise of clinical pharmacy Support of the responsible pharmacist in the management of the pharmacy and the preparer REQUIRED TRAINING You have a Federal Diploma with specialty title FPH in clinical pharmacy or title deemed equivalent You have clinical training in oncology You have expertise in clinical pharmacy: therapeutics, pathologies, pharmaceutical products, therapy planning YOUR PROFILE You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position You have a perfect command of French Fluency in English and/or German would be an asset You have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide medical information You demonstrate commitment and professional awareness You are proficient drug research tools and database WE OFFER YOU In addition to an attractive workstation, you will join a dynamic team who look forward to welcoming you within a human-sized structure.
