We offer
- Completed training as a dipl. Bachelor of Science in Nursing, supplemented by an MAS in Nursing Management / Nursing Leadership or a comparable discipline.
- Several years of professional and managerial experience in the healthcare sector with a proven track record in a comparable management function, ideally at the level of care directorate or CNO.
- Demonstrable experience in the management of change and development processes as well as pleasure in successfully accompanying organizations and people through transformations.
