- Representation of the management of gastronomy & sales in absence and active assistance in the seminar center, especially in absence Management of gastronomy & sales Requirements:
- Training as a restaurant specialist and/or further training as a dipl. restaurant manager
- Multi-year professional experience in gastronomy and profound experience in the service sector
- Multi-annual management experience in a comparable function
- A distinctive service and host orientation as well as a joy in dealing with people Engaged, empathic and responsible leader
