Tasks

• Deputy Head of Quality and Process Management
• Participation in the further development of the integrated process, quality and risk management system
• Planning, management and support of quality and process optimization projects
• Support clinics, institutes and directorates in the analysis, optimization and standardization of processes
• Further development of clinical and company-wide risk management
• Implementation of risk workshops and monitoring of risk reduction measures
• Planning, implementation and follow-up of audits, certifications, inspections
• Development and monitoring of quality indicators as well as preparation of reports and presentations for various management levels
• Feedback management
• Promoting a sustainable quality and safety culture throughout the company
• Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Higher education in health
• Further training in quality, process and/or risk management is advantageous
• Several years of professional experience in quality, process or risk management, preferably in healthcare
• Experience in managing projects and interdisciplinary working groups
• Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and advisory skills
• High social skills, persuasion and assertiveness
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
