Your tasks

• Strategic and operational overall responsibility for care, surgery, emergency, obstetrics, day clinic, outpatients, nursing home, paramedicine, training and disposition and capacity management
• Management, promotion and further development of directly subordinate managers
• Further development of effective performance and capacity management with focus on performance, quality, resources and efficiency
• Initiation and successful implementation of strategic projects, transformation and change processes
• Ensuring high quality of care, patient safety and economic services
• Active participation in the strategic and operational development of the hospital and strengthening of interprofessional cooperation

Your profile

• In-depth training in the healthcare sector, for example in nursing care or in the surgical area, supplemented by higher training in management, leadership, organizational development or a comparable area.
• Several years of strategic and operational leadership experience in an acute hospital or a comparable health organization
• In-depth knowledge in nursing, surgical management, performance and/or capacity management
• Demonstrate experience in the successful implementation of complex projects and change processes
• Entrepreneurial and networked thinking as well as a strong understanding of quality, efficiency and modern supply models
• Decision-making, communicative and appreciative leader with a high implementation orientation
