Head of Category Management (w/m/d)

• overall responsibility for the division of the department of the company / procurement with extensive entrepreneurial scope
• full-fledged member of the management – you prejudge the corporate strategy with the main responsibility
• responsibility for the divisional strategy, the assortment strategies, the price-sale and the procurement strategy with clear growth focus and claim
• strategic leadership of the own brands – from brand image to marketing to the concept of the company; in close cooperation with marketing
• role as commercial driver and clock of the Company, in close partnership with the Head of Marketing
• Leading the Category Managers and other sourcing specialists
• Control of sales and marque development including consistent derivation and implementation of improvement measures
• Active cooperation in the group's internal purchasing association
• Participation in POS exhibition concepts in cooperation with marketing, shop construction and sales.
• Visits to the relevant international trade fairs (Europe + Far East) in the Home & Living segment
• Continuous market and competition monitoring incl. Benchmarking and derivation of strategic measures
• Multi-year management experience in the development and expansion of a purchasing/purchase organisation with a wide range of products
• Retail experience in the capital goods segment, both stationary and eCommerce
• entrepreneurship with a vision and overall responsibility at the management level
• Business-economic training
• Expressed opportunities and growth orientation
• Genuine design will for the brand pfister and its sustainable success
• Experience in furniture/home & living is advantageous, but no need
• Know-how in the eCommerce-specific product range sourcing
• Foreign languages (English/French)
