• You lead your team in the customer service base segment with commitment and expertise and support your employees in their successful further development.
• You plan the efficient use of existing human resources and ensure optimal work organization.
• You ensure a personal and holistic analysis of needs, set a positive example, promote the mutual exchange of experience in the team and use existing information specifically for cross-selling.
• You are responsible for the implementation of our marketing and sales plan and are dynamically involved in the planning and implementation of market development measures.

• You have completed banking education or a comparable qualification.
• You have experience in customer advice and leadership.
