You combine leadership with technical understanding and keep track of complex requirements. In the area of the application of the application, you and your team work together to ensure that central administrative applications function reliably and are continuously developed. You work closely with different departments and actively shape digital processes. The job is available by immediately or by agreement. Your tasks:

• You lead eight employees professionally and personally and promote their development.
• You ensure the operation and further development of administrative applications.
• You take responsibility for applications in the areas of ERP, finance, HR, pharmacy, patients, administra tives, administration of materials and other administrative systems.
• You analyze requirements from the specialist departments and develop suitable solutions.
• You optimize existing processes and accompany their implementation.
• You work in test management and ensure the quality of changes.
• You take over tasks in 2nd and 3rd level support as well as in piket service.
• You lead projects in the application environment and coordinate cooperation with software partners and suppliers. Your profile:
• You have completed training in computer science, medical information technology or a technical field at the level of HF, FH or university.
• You have several years of management experience.
• You are happy to assume responsibility and also work operationally in application support.
• You know HL7 interfaces and ITIL.
• You think service-oriented and maintain solution-oriented cooperation with internal stakeholders.
• You work independently, structured and responsible.
• You keep track of demanding situations and set priorities.
