Main responsibilities
- Operational management of the center as well as ongoing development of the location as a lively learning, meeting and networking location
- Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with customers, partners and other stakeholders as well as ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Identification of market potential and trends, further development of the educational and event offer and acquisition of new customers
- Professional and disciplinary management of staff and teachers, promoting an appreciative and hospitable culture
- Responsibility for results for the center as well as continuous optimization of processes, quality standards and processes
- Representation of the center in the region and strengthening visibility and positioning Requirements
- Several years of professional experience: in a comparable function as well as sound management experience
- Higher technical school: in the areas of management, event management, tourism or hospitality
- Winning and professional appearance at all hierarchical levels, combined with strong communication skills and diplomatic assertiveness
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills combined with high resilience and strong customer orientation
