Role overview
As part of a transformation, we continue to expand our strategic purchasing and create two new category management roles.
You develop product groups strategically, guide cross-functional workstreams and work closely with departments, clinics and external partners.
Depending on the profile, you take responsibility for the "Direct Spend" utility and contribute to the sustainable development of procurement.

- You have a completed study in the medical field, supplemented by an eMBA or additional training.
- You have several years of experience in strategic purchasing or category management in the field of direct donation for medical devices or healthcare.
Key requirements
- You have a completed study in the medical field, supplemented by an eMBA or additional training.
- You have several years of experience in strategic purchasing or category management in the field of direct donation for medical devices or healthcare.
- You can safely manage cross-functional teams and workstreams and bring knowledge of methods in Lean, Six Sigma or agile ways.
- You know the relevant regulatory requirements (e.g.
- MDR, quality management in healthcare).
- You will enjoy close cooperation with clinical users and a good understanding of their needs.
- You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented and have strong communication and negotiation skills.
- You have experience with ERP systems and digital procurement tools.
