Tasks: As a nursing team leader, you take on a central role in shaping a stable and well-organized everyday nursing routine.
Do you not only want to organize care, but also actively help shape it, take responsibility and lead people on an equal footing?
You make operational decisions, lead your nursing team in a present, clear and appreciative manner and support them in day-to-day business as well as in complex situations.
You will take on personnel responsibility, support the development of your employees and be involved in rostering and staff deployment.
In close collaboration with nursing managers, specialists and other professional groups, you promote quality, good collaboration and the sensible use of resources.
