Tasks
- The financial management of the entire KSA comes together in the Finance Directorate. You are part of this dedicated team and responsible for the financial interests of the CNO management.
- You take on a central role in the management and management of the care area and support the CNO and those responsible for care in the financial management. In particular, you monitor the budget compliance of the CNO management.
- You actively contribute to the financial and budget planning of the nursing area and create calculations for resource and personnel planning, including on the basis of NHPPD (Nursing Hours Per Patient Day).
- You will analyze personnel, performance, occupancy and quality data, identify development potential and, together with the CNO and those responsible for maintenance, derive concrete measures to optimize the processes.
- You are responsible for care-specific data collection and evaluations, in particular in the areas of LEP, NHPPD and care complex treatment (CHOP) as well as other legal and operational requirements.
- You will continuously develop control instruments, key performance indicator models and reporting and thus make an important contribution to the data-based control of the CNO management.
Requirements
- Completed studies at university or university level, preferably with a business, health or nursing background.
- Several years of professional experience in a business management function in the healthcare sector, ideally in nursing controlling, health management or a comparable environment.
- Strong understanding of business relationships as well as experience in advising and supporting executives on strategic and operational issues.
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills, high numbers and IT affinity and in-depth knowledge of data analysis
- Experience with LEP is beneficial.
