For our customer, an established Swiss industrial company in the field of toolmaking, mold making and demanding CNC production, we are looking for a technically experienced and precise personality as CAM programmer CNC milling technology 80-100% (m/f) in the Baden AG area. In this function, you create CAM programs for demanding milling processes and accompany the implementation directly in production. You work on complex individual parts, mold components and precision components where accuracy, surface quality and clean machining strategies are crucial. The position is suitable for a specialist who is not only able to operate CNC milling, but also understands machining processes, cleanly prepares programs and implements technical solutions in a practical manner. 02 Your task Creating and optimizing CAM programs for CNC milling machines Programming of complex individual parts, mould inserts, tool components and precision components – Defining machining strategies, tools, cut values and clamping concepts Preparation of milling programs for 3- to 5-axis machining Checking CAD data, technical drawings, tolerances and manufacturing requirements – Collaboration with CNC manufacturing, toolmaking, design, AVOR and quality assurance Support in the introduction of new programs and technical questions in production Optimization of runtimes, surface quality, tool life and process reliability Recognizing and fixing manufacturing problems, collisions or machining deviations Maintenance of CAM data, tool lists, program statuses and technical documents 03

04 Your profile You have basic technical training and experience in CNC milling technology, CAM programming or sophisticated machining. You work exactly, think process-oriented and understand the requirements of precise production parts.

Ideally, you bring
