Role overview
Together with the construction project managers, you will take over the CAD planning area and support numerous conversions and new buildings in our migrolino shops.

Main responsibilities
- Preparation of feasibility studies (layouts)
- Creation of CAD plans and associated process management
- Support for small and new construction projects, in collaboration with the construction project managers
- Independent clarification of legal principles and guidelines
- Reporting of monthly projects (conversions/renovation projects/new projects) Adherence to deadlines and costs
- Recording of the technical condition of the shops Requisiti Several years: interior design
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): basic commercial training in the construction industry with technical knowledge
- Experienced CAD knowledge 2D/3D, as well as good MS Office knowledge Experience in the retail environment
- Flair for correspondence appropriate to the addressee
