Main responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Global Head Digitalization your main responsibilities will be:
  • Develop, document, and maintain enterprise-level process architecture, linking strategic objectives to operational execution.
  • Lead process mapping and modelling (using BPMN, APQC, SCOR or equivalent standards) for manufacturing, quality control, supply chain, sales, R&D and all other supporting functions.
  • Ensure process designs are aligned with corporate strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for process simplification, automation, and performance enhancement.

  • Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing large-scale technology deployments, managing resources, and ensuring project milestones and KPIs are met. Required Education and Experience
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent business management qualifications are a plus.
  • Professional certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CBPA (Certified Business Process Architect) or equivalent.
  • 5 years of proven experience in business process transformation, digital transformation, AI, or technology implementation roles.
