Main responsibilities
- Reporting to the Global Head Digitalization your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop, document, and maintain enterprise-level process architecture, linking strategic objectives to operational execution.
- Lead process mapping and modelling (using BPMN, APQC, SCOR or equivalent standards) for manufacturing, quality control, supply chain, sales, R&D and all other supporting functions.
- Ensure process designs are aligned with corporate strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for process simplification, automation, and performance enhancement.

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent business management qualifications are a plus.
- Professional certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CBPA (Certified Business Process Architect) or equivalent.
- 5 years of proven experience in business process transformation, digital transformation, AI, or technology implementation roles.
