Tasks

• You design, develop and optimize data models, management dashboards and reports and create meaningful analyses for the financial management of hospital operations, focus on analytics and operational processes in controlling.
• You will analyse the requirements of our departments and develop customised business intelligence solutions in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
• They integrate new source systems and continuously develop our modern data platform by implementing new data models, cubes and data warehouse solutions.
• They are jointly responsible for the maintenance, operation and continuous development of our business intelligence landscape and ensure its quality, stability and sustainability.
• They advise and empower our employees in dealing with business intelligence tools and support them in making data-based decisions in everyday work.

Requirements

• They have a university degree (FH or university) in business administration, business informatics, computer science or a related field or an equivalent qualification.
• They bring about three years of professional experience in the conception, development and implementation of business intelligence solutions in the controlling sector.
• You have profound experience in the development of reporting, analysis and dashboard solutions with common BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense. Knowledge of Qlik Sense is an advantage.
• Ideally, you will have experience in the development of data models as well as in the development and further development of data warehouse solutions and modern data platforms.
• They are characterized by pronounced analytical and conceptual skills, work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and communicate appropriately to the addressee. The interdisciplinary cooperation with different stakeholders gives you pleasure.
