What awaits

In this function, you are part of XpertCenter SA, a subsidiary of Mobilière. With your team, you advise our clients and actively contribute to optimisation as well as to the development of their working conditions as part of corporate health management.

What you can do with us

In this function, you provide comprehensive advice and support to clients in the planning and implementation of enterprise health management (ESM) measures such as absentee management and other exciting areas. You make presentations and workshops at clients, mainly in French-speaking Switzerland.

You are actively involved in the development of GSE benefits (e.g. Energy management, systematic enterprise health management, etc.) and the development of digital offerings.

With your team, you help strengthen the GSE within the Mobilière Group and assume co-responsibility in developing services in French-speaking Switzerland

What you bring

• University degree in occupational and organizational psychology, health sciences or similar field
• At least three years of professional experience in the field of enterprise health management (ESM) or prevention, as well as a solid experience in making presentations and workshops
• Team spirit, good knowledge of your strengths and pleasure in achieving common goals
• Ability to present complex subjects clearly, both in writing and in visual form
• Creative and communicative personality with a strong spirit of initiative and a taste for interdisciplinary collaboration
• French mother tongue with good knowledge of German; any other foreign language is an asset.
