Tasks

• You control budget planning, carry out profitability analyses and accompany the clinic management and the area manager in financial decisions.
• You create meaningful reports and analyses and derive concrete potential for action and optimization.
• You will analyze the costs, services and performance structures of the clinics and support their business management.
• You ensure the quality of periodic financial statements and financial boundaries.
• You advise the departmental management and the clinics as competent sparring partners in business issues.
• You accompany the implementation of improvement measures and actively participate in projects as well as the further development of our controlling processes and instruments.

Requirements

• Completed studies (FH/uni) in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling or comparable training with further training in controlling
• Experience in business controlling, ideally in healthcare or in a complex service environment
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and pleasure in deriving concrete recommendations for action from figures
• Independent and initiative personality with entrepreneurial thinking, assertiveness and high communication competence
• Very good MS-Excel knowledge
• Experience with BI tools such as Qlik Sense or TIP HCe is a plus
• Interest in the medical and business connections of an acute hospital
