As part of the transformation of our HR processes and systems, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Analyst to support HR digital transformation, in close connection with HR, IT and external partners.

Application process

  • Qualifying HR Business Applications
  • Conduct workshops with stakeholders (HR, IT, integrators)
  • Formalize and prioritize needs in a context of transformation Model HR processes (BPMN)
  • Write user stories, functional specifications and management rules
  • Ensure overall consistency of HR processes and data
  • Collaborate with architects and IT experts on solution options
  • Identify dependencies, impacts and risks (existing SI, interfaces, data)
  • Ensuring alignment between trade, IT and integrators Prepare and pilot functional and UAT tests

  • In this key role, you will intervene on structuring projects related to HR processes (Core HR, Talent & Performance, Time Management, Compensation, Interfaces), with a high stake in framing, business alignment and quality of delivered solutions. The missions that await you:

  • Experience confirmed as Senior Business Analyst on digital transformation projects Experience on HR projects: strong asset
  • Experience in complex environments, multi-actor, with integrators Methodological practice Agile / Scrum Languages:Current French
