In the After Sales & Retail Business Engineering team, you design processes with real impact for customers, partners and our ecosystem. • Together with specialists, product owners and business analysts, you will develop and optimize warranty and return processes. You take responsibility for your topics and actively promote their further development

Requirements

• Ideally, you will bring first experiences: as a business analyst
• Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): Process management, supply chain management or business informatics
• Independent analysis of processes, the recognition of patterns in data and the derivation of concrete, prioritized recommendations for action
• Sovereign modeling and optimization of processes with a sense of best practices. Openness and courage not only to try out new methods and technologies, but to actively use them in everyday life
