- You ensure the efficient organization and smooth running of branch operations
- You offer competent, customer-oriented advice and support in the selection of gifts from our diverse range of goods
- You ensure the attractive presentation of our extensive confectionery and chocolate range, including through creative store design
- You take responsibility for the numbers, take care of the proper processing of checkout processes and guarantee correct billing
- You take care of the ordering process and ensure that sufficient goods are always available
- You ensure that our hygiene and freshness concept is adhered to at all times
- You take over personnel planning in shift operations and are actively involved in the recruiting process What you bring with you
- You have several years of sales and management experience in the retail trade and are characterized by a high level of social skills and a strong leadership personality
- You have successfully completed training in the retail trade and/or comparable experience in dealing with food
- You always give top priority to the highest quality and customer orientation, even in turbulent times
