In this role, you ensure that operation and maintenance are implemented efficiently, transparently and sustainably across all plants. You connect people, processes and data and contribute to the continuous development of our hydraulic production. You can expect a versatile task with a lot of responsibility, exciting interfaces and real creative scope.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• You analyze operational and maintenance services and derive concrete improvement measures
• You pursue measures, guidelines and resolutions systematically and ensure a sustainable implementation
• You coordinate the cooperation between central bodies and the works
• You will recognize weaknesses and promote the exchange of best practices
• You support audits as well as governance, quality and compliance issues
• You are involved in energy issues as well as in topics relating to the protection of critical infrastructures
• You support the harmonization and further development of standards and processes
• You are continuously developing the reporting of the relevant key figures

Profile & Requirements

• Technical training at FH or HF level
• Experience in the operation and/or maintenance of technical installations
• Ideally, experience in the energy, infrastructure or hydropower environment
• Know-how in KPI, performance and data management
• Experience in process management and high affinity for data management
• Secure use of digital tools such as MS 365 and PowerBi
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English (written & oral)
