With your tasks, FORTYSEVEN becomes an oasis of well-being

• You take care of the entire bathing and sauna area and ensure the well-being of your guests through attentive care, expert advice and inform them about our extensive range of services and products
• You also ensure the safety of our guests by proactively preventing accidents and providing medical first aid in emergencies
• You play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness of the spa. With great care you carry out minor cleaning work and take water samples responsibly according to SIA standards
• You perform our popular sauna infusions and are part of our innovative sauna events. In your bathroom/sauna area you create an exceptional guest experience
• On your tours, you will supervise the drink stations and ensure that the tea is always refilled and the area is kept clean. You take care of providing the laundry trolleys with used laundry and provide fresh laundry. Finally, you monitor the lost property office area and ensure that all lost items are found.

Your profile

• You have completed BLS-AED training and successfully completed the SLRG Pro Pool and/or IGBA Pro swimming brevet
• Ideally, you have an apprenticeship as a specialist employee in bathing operations (DE) or have attended the bathing employee course BAKU (CH) of the IGBA
• You have already pampered guests with excellent sauna infusions in the past and have actively participated in sauna events

Your personality

• The satisfaction of our guests is paramount and you have the ability to deal with them in a professional and warm way to create a positive experience.
• You are someone who values teamwork and actively encourages and supports your teammates
• You don’t mind working shifts, weekends or holidays, but you enjoy a free weekend at least once a month.
• For these tasks, it is important that you have good physical fitness and are used to being on your feet all day. Also remember that we always have warm temperatures and the humidity in a spa can be very high – you should like that
• You are known for your sense of responsibility
