Tasks

• Responsibility for automation systems (OT) in the areas of bakery, logistics and building and infrastructure facilities
• Support for operation in challenging incidents including second-level support
• Operation and further development of higher-level automation and server systems such as HMI, SCADA, PLS and Data Historian
• Central interface role between operation, technical maintenance, IT and external plant suppliers
• Planning, implementation and management of changes and projects such as optimizations, extensions, modernizations or adjustments in ongoing operations
• Ensuring high plant availability through monitoring, analysis and preventive measures
• Active participation in the preventive maintenance of automation systems
• Contribute your know-how to the technical support of maintenance and project teams
• Take over depending on profile and interest You also have tasks in the areas of automation, project management, PLC programming, PLC support, service engineering or process informatics

Requirements

• Studies as an engineer: in FH or training as a technician: in HF in the field of automation technology
• Ideally, a completed apprenticeship as an electrician:in or automatic:in
• In-depth experience in the commissioning and programming of PLC and visualization systems, in particular Siemens S7 (Step 7 Classic and TIA Portal) and WinCC
• Very good knowledge of the fieldbus systems ProfiNet and ProfiBus
• Experience in the IT-related environment of automation is advantageous
• Practice in at least one of the following areas: food production, intralogistics, home engineering, process or industrial automation, plant automation
• Experience with networked, modern industrial plant technology
• Practical EMSR knowledge, ideally in special machine construction
• Readiness for 2nd-level viewing services, mostly remotely (about one day per week, one weekend in five weeks)
