The Position Do you want to actively shape the future of our automated production and monitoring systems? As a PI Automation Engineer, you will become part of a dynamic, self-organized team in Basel/Kaiseraugst that drives innovative engineering solutions without rigid hierarchies. We are looking for designers who want to take on responsibility.Here you have the unique opportunity to directly shape the latest cleanroom technologies and process data processing and to make a real impact on our worldwide production processes. The opportunity

• You take over the overall responsibility for the planning, implementation and operational engineering (including support/piket) of our cleanroom monitoring systems at the Kaiseraugst site.
• You successfully connect complex process plants to the AVEVA PI Data Historian System.
• You will advise internal partners on the design and implementation of innovative automation solutions to increase efficiency.
• You are responsible for automation projects from initiation to final qualification.
• You continuously optimize existing GMP systems and evaluate future-oriented technologies, especially in the AVEVA PI Data Historian.
• You work closely together in an agile, role-based specialist team and actively shape your working environment. Who you are
• You bring a completed degree (FH/uni) in automation, computer science or a comparable qualification as well as at least one. 5 years of professional experience in automation (ideally in the pharmaceutical/GMP environment).
• You have in-depth technical expertise with AVEVA PI (OSIsoft) and ideally in network technology.
• You have experience in the project environment or in project management as well as in close cooperation with suppliers.
• You are characterized by a high level of self-organization, a drive for active participation in an agile circle organization and a strong communication ability. You are a proactive designer.
• You speak fluent document- and negotiation-proof German and good English and bring the willingness for a flexible pikettdienst (24/7). We look forward to your application!
