Do you want to do something meaningful, support people and take on responsibility?
Whether you are starting out or taking the next step as a FaGe EFZ, you will begin your training with us to become a qualified nurse HF (Higher Professional School)
💸 Earn money during your training: from CHF 40’300/year
- 3 years : EFZ, Matura or equivalent
- 2 years : FaGe EFZ (shortened entry possible)
Your responsibilities
With us, you will be involved from the very beginning – not just along for the ride:
- Accompany patients from admission to discharge
- Plan, carry out and document nursing processes
- Perform medical-technical tasks
- Work in an interdisciplinary team with doctors and therapists
- Provide targeted support as people return to their everyday lives (rehabilitation)
- For newcomers: gradually grow into responsibility
- For FaGe: Independently manage the entire nursing process
What you bring

- Independence, team spirit and proactive thinking
- Observation and reflection skills
- German language skills, at least C1
The following also applies
- 3-year HF program: EFZ, Matura or equivalent
- 2-year HF program: FaGe EFZ + passed aptitude assessment (can be started in parallel)
