You tackle, think along and ensure that our production runs smoothly? Then you are exactly right with us.

What to expect

• You operate our facilities for alternative fuels and raw materials and take over the unloading of fuels, raw materials and aggregates.
• You perform maintenance, cleaning and simple maintenance work on plants and machines.
• You ensure the material supply and coordinate the delivery of raw, auxiliary and grinding materials.
• You accept deliveries, control materials, process delivery notes and support warehouse management.
• You actively participate in revision work as well as in factory maintenance.
• You coordinate tasks within your team and support training.
• You ensure order and cleanliness on the area, at the workplaces and the roads.
• You work closely with production, maintenance, quality management and other interfaces.
• You consistently comply with safety regulations and, if necessary, take on further tasks according to operational necessity.

What you bring

• Completed technical or craft vocational training.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in an industrial or comparable environment.
• Good knowledge of technical equipment
• Experience in the cement industry is an advantage.
• An understanding of production processes and a strong awareness of safety.
• Good IT user knowledge.
• Reliable, independent and resilient working methods.
• Team spirit, commitment and responsibility.
