Tasks
- They are responsible for the technical maintenance of the facilities and infrastructure
- Their concern is to ensure the smoothly functioning operation of a shopping centre.
- You support us in the safety of people and property
- You use your skills in setting up and dismantling our diverse center events and events
- Then they will be able to care for the environment.
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a specialist company maintenance or craft vocational training (e.g. house maintenance, sanitary, heating or ventilation fitter:in)
- Your German language skills and basic knowledge in MS Office are an important part
- You have experience in technical service or home maintenance
- You are ready for time flexibility due to the opening hours and have the driving license Cat. B
- Your building control system knowledge is a must
