- Establishment of an application for the documentation of the IMS
- Process modeling and migration of documents Training of employees material processing: Document maintenance and control
- Management and documentation of cross-clinical improvement and corrective measures
- Very good knowledge in the application of MS Office products and applications for integrated management systems
- Mandatory: knowledge of German at native language level as well as very good knowledge of French (bilingue) and willingness to travel (Sion, Bern) Cosa of Friamo Pensum: 60-80 % Employment: permanent Entrance: 2026-07-01

- Participation in projects (e.g. Lean Management, Records Management) Requirements
- Basic training in business administration and/or in a health profession
- Courses such as Quality Manager/in Healthcare, Quality and Process Manager/in etc.
- Experience in quality management, ideally in healthcare
- Experience in project, lean and record management is an advantage
- Networked thinking and action combined with the ability to work together with people from different professional groups / stakeholders
- Ability to communicate level- and addressee-oriented as well as service-oriented in word and writing
