For the reopening of our gynecological practice we are looking for a medical practice assistant (a) 60-70%:

YOUR TASKS

• You will be involved in building up our gynecological practice, bringing your experience and ideas to bear.
• You take over the telephone consultation of our patients and ensure efficient coordination and organization of the consultation hours including a warm welcome in everyday practice.
• For gynecological examinations, pregnancy checks, ultrasound examinations and minor procedures, you are a competent and reliable support
• Delegated medical activities such as blood sampling, urine analysis, laboratory work and CTG controls are carried out independently and with great care
• You actively contribute to the compliance with our high hygiene and quality standards and take care of the professional preparation and sterilization of the instruments

Your profile

• You have completed training as a medical practice assistant (MPA) EFZ or an equivalent qualification
• Ideally, you already have experience in gynecology and obstetrics and have even participated in the opening, establishment or further development of a doctor’s office.
• Laboratory analyses you perform routinely and reliably
• You are familiar with practical software, as well as practical administration, performance recording and billing
• You work very organized, structured and independent and keep an overview even in lively situations
• You are a resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality who feels comfortable in dynamic everyday practice.
