To strengthen our 2nd Payroll team, we are looking for a reliable and service-oriented personality as HR assistant Payroll & Social Security. In this versatile function, you support the team in the areas of payroll, social insurance, PEP/time management, long-term absences and accident administration. You take on administrative tasks independently and together with the team ensure reliable and timely processing.
- You support with accident reports, daily allowance statements and insurance cases
- You support our payroll team in the areas of time management, wage administration and social security
- You create certificates, request missing documents and ensure a clean case documentation
- You control and maintain absences, work disabilities and long-term absences
- You work on mutations in Abacus and Polypoint PEP as well as various administrative HR processes
- You have a basic commercial training and ideally a further education as an HR assistant or are ready to complete it
- You bring experience in personnel administration
- You are interested in payroll and social security issues
- You work precisely, structured and reliable
- You are service-oriented, discreet and take responsibility
- You have good MS Office skills
- Experience with Abacus and Polypoint PEP is beneficial
- You appreciate teamwork and enjoy administrative tasks
