- You look after our patients before, during and after the examination with high level of expertise and empathy
- You coordinate, plan and assist the office hours and contribute your strong organizational strength.
- You will independently carry out blood tests, laboratory analyses, infusion therapies and other tests such as ECG, 24-hour blood pressure measurement and lung function tests
- You take on administrative tasks, create billing according to TARDOC and work routinely with the practice software Axenita
- You answer telephone inquiries competently and service-oriented – always with a friendly attitude and a high degree of customer orientation
- You have completed training as a medical assistant: in EFZ or an equivalent qualification
- You bring several years of professional experience in everyday practice and stay calm and sovereign even in unexpected situations
- You communicate clearly, empathetically and professionally thanks to your very good knowledge of German in words and writing
- You are perceived as an open, warm personality who likes to work in a team and also enjoys independent work.
- You feel comfortable in a lively practical environment, react flexibly to changing requirements and actively contribute to a positive, collegial working environment
