Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma disorders. As a health insurance-approved institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based and human-oriented treatment for our patients. With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the ambulatorium and the day clinic in Lenzburg and the trauma-specific ambulatorium in Baden – we combine professional competence with an appreciative and interdisciplinary cooperation.

HR assistant:in / HR clerk:in (m/f/d), 50%

At the Lenzburg location, we are looking for support in the HR team as of 1 November 2026 or by appointment.

Your tasks

• Administrative support along the Employee Life Cycle (e.g. entry and exit, absences, birthdays, anniversaries, further education and much more)
• Management and maintenance of personnel dossiers
• Capturing simple personal mutations
• Coordination of interview appointments
• Preparation of certificates and standard correspondence after submission
• General administrative tasks in HR

The workload is divided into 5 days per week, which you spend on site in Lenzburg

• Occasionally you are also at our location in Gontenschwil. Home office is possible in consultation. This position was newly created to complement the 3-member team.

Your profile

• Completed basic commercial education or similar. Also welcome in ongoing further training as HR assistant:in or HR officer:in
• First experience in personnel administration is beneficial
• Discretion and loyalty are a matter of course for you in this function
• We want a basic attitude that is characterized by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients: inside.
