As an assistant, lead, support and promote team members - and serve as a role model for them
As an assistant as assistant, you assume joint responsibility for the figures - in terms of turnover, personnel costs and stock of goods Required
Three or more years of professional experience: as department, sector or department manager in retail is an advantage
Completed professional apprenticeship (AFP): in retail (food) or a related profession is an advantage
Love fresh produce and, ideally, have experience in this area
In good physical condition, some packages weigh up to 10 kilos
Ability to plan and organize tasks and a keen sense of interpreting key figures
